This course covers knowledge and skills required to deploy and support the Windows 7 operating system and desktop applications.
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to install and configure hardware devices, drivers, desktop operating systems and applications as well as troubleshoot hardware, desktop operating system, desktop applications, desktop networking and connectivity.

Certification Exams
This course prepares students for the following exams:Prerequisites
High School Diploma/ GED, and experience using Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. Familiarity with Windows applications, such as Internet Explorer (web browser) and Office suites.
Occupational Objectives
Upon completion of the course, students will be qualified to be an Help desk, Desktop Support Technician or PC Technician.
